Discover Madrid

“No city on earth is more alive than Madrid, a beguiling place whose sheer energy carries a simple message: this city really knows how to live.” Anthony Ham, Writer, Lonely Planet

Madrid Nightlife / La Latina: Madrid nights are the stuff of legend, make sure you plan to a take in the Tapas of “La Latina” or if a night out dancing is more your thing, you're also spoiled for choice.

Buen Retiro Park: You might not realize it, but Madrid has a lot of green spaces. The Retiro Park is not only the lungs of Madrid, but also offers cultural, leisure, and sport activities to all people, those from Madrid and those visiting.

The Royal Palace of Madrid: is the official place of residence for the Spanish royal family, but is only used for official ceremonies. In front of the palace is the Plaza de Oriente, an immense garden area with a number of terraces close by for a late afternoon drink.

Plaza de Ventas: The former home of South Summit and the home of bullfighting in Spain, and arguably in the world as well, is at Plaza Toros Las Ventas in Madrid.

Santiago Bernabeu – Home of Real Madrid: One of the greatest football stadiums in the world. If there is a game one, make sure you take the opportunity to see the current European Champions league title holders in action.

Plaza Mayor: Madrid's grand central square, a rare but expansive opening in the tightly packed streets of central Madrid, is one of the prettiest open spaces in Spain.
